CULTURE & LEADERSHIP

At Project First is principally directed and mentored by Lai Kwan. Lai has become influential figure in Asia and the Australian Property development sector with over 50 years of experience in Property Development.

The Office is managed by two directors from diverse project backgrounds, Andy Tong and Shaun Garson come with over thirty years of experience in development (design and construction) of prestigious detached single, medium density, multi-residential, commercial project and major land subdivision projects.
​
The team consists of specialised development manager, project manager, architects, interior designers, construction engineer, cost management and planning, estate agent, marketing and branding.

ANDY TONG
DIRECTOR - PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SERVICE
Andy has excess of 16 years of pure experience in the property development sector, specialising in multi-residential, commercial project, residential apartment project, and major land subdivision projects. This includes Senior Development Manager and Development Director positions with ASX listed companies.
Andy has become a highly renowned and respected figure in Australian Property Development Sector.
Andy offers proven experience in property development from conception to completion: site selection to source viable development opportunities, due diligence assessment, including feasibility modellling and yield study, preparing planning application, sales and marketing strategy, design management, construction procurement, construction management and settlement & handover.
With a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, Bachelor of Commerce, MBA, Master of Property degree with a Graduate Dip. in Property Finance Valuation, Andy’s strength is his sophisticated approach to property development and ability to identify viable property development opportunities.
